There’s no doubt about it! Fuse ODG is the biggest Afrobeats star in the UK right now.. I don’t think there is any stopping him.

A couple of days after releasing his Letter to T.I.N.A single in aid of Ebola, Fuse ODG drops the video for single Thinking About You featuring and produced by KillBeatz. The video was directed by Rodrigo Kirchner and shot on location in the beautiful Dubai (I based this solely on the car number Check it out..

I know Mr Hackett is the manager but does he get extra royalties every time Fuse says “Mr Hackeeeett”? I need answers Sway!

Throwback: Ofori Amponsah Featuring Kofi Nti, KK Fosu & Barosky – Otoolege

Seen as Joey B released his new single based on this Ghanaian Hi-Life classic it’s only right that this weeks throwback video is Otoolege. Produced by Appietus and featuring some of the greatest Hi-Life musicians Ofori Amponsah, KK Fosu, Kofi Nti and not forgetting that sick rap by Barosky Otoolege is one of Ghana’s all time Hi-Life classics and still goes down well wherever it is played. As for the video quality? Well we won’t talk about that, but that’s what throwback videos are all about.

Seen as Kofi Nti and KK Fosu both made a return to music is it possible to get my hopes up about Ofori? or is he too settled in his pastoral duties?

New Music: Joey B Featuring Samini – Otoolege

Joey B - Otoolege

This cover is absolutely hilarious!

At around this exact time last year Joey B released the hit that killed every single club in Ghana Tonga. Now a year later he is at it again this time featuring Samini on new hit Otoolege  a play on the Ghanaian classic by Ofori Amponsah.

Check out the Dj Breezy produced track..

The beat sounds very similar to Tonga I must say..

New Music: M.anifest – Keep Shining

I’ve always said M.anifest is a criminally underrated rapper however that may change after the rapper proclaims ” Only two rappers in Ghana, M.anifest and the rest..” on new track Keep Shining produced by New York based producer CopticThe track is off Coptic’s The Rising Star of GH Vol.3 mixtape.

Everything from the production to M.anifest’s verses are perfect!

New Music: Stonebwoy Featuring Patoranking – Pull Up (Remix)

Ghana’s Stonebwoy links up with Nigeria’s very own Patoranking for the remix to Stonebwoy’s popular 2012 hit Pull Up.

This song killed the clubs in Ghana last year when I went and I’m pretty sure this remix will reignite the flame.

Seems like Afro-Dancehall is not going anywhere anytime soon.

New Video: Fuse ODG – Letter To T.I.N.A

Oh Fuse.. You’re the best!

Fuse ruffled some feathers when he decided to turn down Bob Geldof’s Feed The World remake late last month. But in a very well written post written on the Guardian he went on to explain why he felt a feature on the track was not for him. Now doing things on his own terms Fuse releases the video to one of my personal favourite tracks of his Letter To T.I.N.A. To be quite honest the single is self explanatory, listen and enjoy because it is beautiful! The video was directed by Vertex

TINA let me love you once moreee…
